Abstract FGH95 nickel-base superalloy powders were coated on GH4169 by coaxial single-track laser cladding. The effects of process parameters cladding width and height studied based the three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment. experimental results are nonlinearly fitted MATLAB software, mathematical model between geometrical features is set up. show that effect factor clad in order first power, followed feeding rate, scanning speed. However, influence speed, rate. average prediction error less than 7%. can accurately forecast coating offer some references for optimization
